Hellfire

21 June 2008

Hellfire are frequently pigeon-holed as hardcore, but this doesn't really sum them up adequately. One thing is for sure... they are brutal live. Jay screams his heart out and gives his all trying to get the crowd moving. His brother Roy churns out the riffs relentlessly. The rhythm section of Al on drums and Greg on bass complete the savagery.

What you see is what you get with this band, no gimmicks, just genuine passion for what they do combined with solid musicianship and stage presence. They continue to amaze with their level of ferocity and professionalism.

Hospital Of Death

6 December 2008

As their name suggests they play hospital thrash with their tongues firmly in their cheeks (oo-er!). Let's face it a thrash band wearing theatre whites/blues (except the lead singer who was wearing a vicar's dog collar) would tend to suggest a collective warped sense of humour. Well executed precision thrash played with an enormous sense of fun - great entertainment!
